Integrity and Anti-Corruption Policy
Fusheng Precision conducts all business with fairness, honesty, integrity, and transparency.
Following our Code of Conduct and local regulations, we have established the Integrity Operations Procedures & Guidelines, clearly defining standards for employees to ensure all business activities are open, fair, and compliant with laws.
Unethical behavior is strictly prohibited, including directly or indirectly offering, requesting, or accepting improper benefits such as money, kickbacks, favors, or other undue advantages. Our systems ensure integrity is not just a promise but a core daily practice.
Responsible Unit and Authority
To sustain ethical operations, a dedicated HR unit oversees planning, implementation, supervision, and training, reporting at least annually to the Board of Directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in integrating integrity and moral values into the Company’s business strategy, and formulate relevant anti-fraud measures to ensure integrity in operation in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Periodically examine the behavior within the business and formulate prevention plans accordingly, and prepare related standard operating procedures and code of conduct.
- Design the internal organization, structure and responsibilities, and set up mutual supervision mechanism for business activities with a high risk of dishonest behavior within the business scope.
- Promote and coordinate integrity policy training.
- Design the reporting system to ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.
- Assist the Board of Directors and management to check and evaluate whether the preventive measures established are functional, and regularly evaluate and follow the relevant business processes and prepare relevant reports.
- Prepare and properly maintain the integrity management policy and its compliance statement, implementation of commitments and other relevant documented information. Proportion of employees who signed the anti-corruption management measures
Through these systems, integrity is applied at all levels of governance, ensuring trust and respect in the global value chain.

Fusheng Precision promotes the concept of integrity management and anti-corruption with the “Operational Procedures and Guidelines for Ethical Corporate Management”, and regularly conducts legal compliance education and training.
